Public Sector

The public administrations listed in Article 1, paragraph 2, of the legislative decree of March 30, 2001, no. 165.
The independent administrative authorities with guarantee, supervision or regulation functions
The economic public bodies
The companies under public control according to Article 2359 of the civil code, even if listed on the stock market
The 'in-house' companies, even if listed on the stock market
The public law bodies referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, letter d) of the legislative decree of April 18, 2016, no. 50
Public service concessionaires

Private Sector

Organizations that have employed, in the last year, an average of at least fifty workers under fixed-term or indefinite-term employment contracts
Organizations that fall within the scope of application of the acts of the European Union listed in parts I.B and II of the annex (known as 'sensitive sectors'), even if in the last year they have not reached the average of at least fifty subordinate workers
Organizations that fall within the scope of application of the legislative decree of June 8, 2001, no. 231, and that adopt the organization and management models provided by such decree, even if in the last year they have not reached the average of fifty subordinate workers.
